- Complete assumption of responsibilities related to employment (HR and payroll services, salary payments, payment of ZUS, PFRON contributions, income tax advances),
- Accommodation for employees, if required,
- Taking responsibility for employees executing the order, in accordance with labor law regulations.
Terms of cooperation:
- We select employees based on the criteria defined by you,
- We handle all formalities related to the legal employment of foreigners in Poland, including visas and residence permits,
- Our company acts as the employer for the workers, assuming full responsibility for all HR and payroll obligations,
- Billing is based on the completed services according to the agreement,
- Billing is based on the executed order.
2. Permanent Recruitment
Under the “Permanent Recruitment” service, we match employees suitable for long-term projects and orders within your company. The selection of employees is tailored to specific needs, and once the right individuals are selected, we carry out the assignment in accordance with defined requirements.
